API Reporting Introduction
There are five available reporting options offered by the CRM Text SMS API. However, we recommend that you store message reporting data internally using your own process. The CRM Text API stores message history for up to four months. Thereafter it is relegated to the archive and can no longer be accessed by the API.
The five reporting calls are as follows:
This call is used to do a bulk lookup and return of mobile subscriber opt-in status. Returns up to 200 records per call.
This call determines the opt-in status of one unique mobile subscriber.
This call returns the message history for one unique mobile subscriber
This call fetches inbound messages sent from mobile subscribers and returns up to 1000 results per request.
This call fetches outbound messages sent to mobile subscribers and returns up to 1000 results per request.
